How to cancel Planet Fitness

1. In person at your home club with a photo ID is the most reliable way — ask for written confirmation.
2. Alternatively, send certified mail to your home club requesting cancellation (keep the receipt).
3. Some locations support online cancellation through the member portal — check yours, but don't count on it.
